Return & Refund Policy
At Studio Thread Co., each custom apparel order is created specifically for your club, team, business, event, fundraiser, or organization. Because custom items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been approved and production has started.
Custom Orders
All custom apparel sales are final once the design mockup, order details, and pricing have been approved by the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom shirts
- Hoodies
- Sweatshirts
- Tank tops
- Polos
- Hats
- Embroidered items
- Event or fundraiser apparel
- Apparel with custom logos, names, wording, colors, or artwork
Please review all mockups, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and order details carefully before approving your order.
Design Approval
Before production begins, customers may receive a design mockup or order summary for review. Once approved, Studio Thread Co. will produce the order based on the approved details.
Studio Thread Co. is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer, including spelling, names, dates, colors, sizing, or design placement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order details
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and problem
If the issue is confirmed to be a production error, we will work with you to provide a replacement, correction, or other appropriate solution.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes when placing an order. Because custom apparel is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before design approval or before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not available.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered in cases where Studio Thread Co. determines there was a production error, defect, or issue that cannot be corrected with a replacement or remake.
