Our services may include custom design support, apparel mockups, printed apparel, embroidered apparel, hats, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, tanks, and other custom products.
Custom Order Requests
Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee order acceptance or final pricing. After receiving your request, Studio Thread Co. will review the details and follow up with quote information, design direction, and next steps.
Pricing may vary based on:
- Apparel style
- Quantity
- Design complexity
- Print or embroidery method
- Number of print locations
- Artwork requirements
- Deadline or rush needs
- Shipping or delivery requirements
Minimum order quantities may apply.
Quotes and Payment
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. If order details change, pricing may also change.
Payment terms will be provided before production begins. Orders may require full payment or a deposit before work begins or before production starts.
Studio Thread Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Design Mockups and Approval
For custom orders, customers may receive a design mockup, proof, or order summary before production begins.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully, including:
- Spelling
- Names
- Dates
- Colors
- Logo placement
- Apparel style
- Sizes
- Quantities
- Design layout
- Print or embroidery location
Once a design mockup, order summary, or production details are approved, Studio Thread Co. will produce the order based on the approved information.
Studio Thread Co. is not responsible for customer-approved errors.
Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers may submit logos, artwork, images, text, names, slogans, or other materials for use in a custom design.
By submitting artwork or design materials, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use those materials. You agree that you are responsible for any claims, disputes, or issues related to copyright, trademark, ownership, licensing, or unauthorized use of submitted materials.
Studio Thread Co. reserves the right to refuse artwork or design requests that we believe may violate intellectual property rights, contain inappropriate content, or conflict with our business standards.
Production and Turnaround Times
Production timelines vary based on order size, apparel availability, design approval, print method, embroidery needs, and workload.
Any estimated turnaround time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Delays may occur due to supply availability, shipping carriers, vendor issues, production needs, or circumstances outside of our control.
Apparel Availability and Substitutions
Apparel brands, colors, and sizes may vary based on supplier availability. If a selected item is unavailable, Studio Thread Co. may suggest a comparable alternative before production.
We will make reasonable efforts to match the requested style, color, and quality, but exact availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Colors and Design Appearance
Colors may appear differently on screens, mockups, printed items, embroidered items, and finished apparel.
Mockups are visual previews and may not perfectly represent final sizing, placement, garment texture, print finish, thread color, or exact product appearance.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Custom apparel orders are made specifically for each customer. Because of this, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are limited.

In general, custom orders are final once approved and production has started, except in cases of confirmed production errors, defects, or incorrect items caused by Studio Thread Co.
Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
Shipping, delivery, or pickup options may vary by order. Studio Thread Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect customer-provided addresses, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Website Use
You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, misuse forms, submit false information, upload malicious files, or engage in activity that disrupts our business or website operations.
